Fair price for LC200 2016 — current market in UAE?

Putting my 2016 LC200 GX up for sale. 120k kilometres, full service history, no accidents, running on 35s with a 2 inch suspension lift. No other mods. Seeing prices from AED 160k to 220k on the listings sites which is a huge range. What is the current market and what should I realistically expect?

2016 GX with 120k in genuine clean condition is AED 170 to 185k in the current market. The suspension and tyre mods add value for the right buyer but actually put off some buyers who want stock. Factor that in.

A friend sold a very similar spec last month for AED 178k. Took three weeks. List it here and on Dubizzle. The community buyer knows what they are looking at and is easier to deal with than random inquiries.

Does the suspension lift cause insurance issues for a new buyer? Asking because that might be why some people hesitate at modified trucks.
