Marketplace Rules

4WD AUTHORITY L.L.C-FZ operates the 4WD Authority classifieds marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of off-road vehicles, gear, and accessories across the GCC community. License No. 2650515.01 ; Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai.

Listings

• All listings must be accurate. Photos must represent the actual item.
• Prices must be stated in AED.
• Sellers must disclose all known defects.
• Only overlanding and off-road related items may be listed.

Transactions

• 4WD AUTHORITY L.L.C-FZ is a platform only and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
• All disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved between those parties directly.

Prohibited Behaviour

• No spam, duplicate listings, or price gouging.
• Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account removal and may be reported to UAE authorities.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods may not be listed.
